Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had modern and edgy rooms on the top floor with blackout curtains, two comfortable twin beds, TV, hairdryer, safe, air-con, toiletries, Nespresso machine, and ample storage for clothes. We loved the design. The service was nice and the location fantastic, just minutes away from key attractions and with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was just average, and the value for money could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very modern and comfy, but unfortunately filled with a sewer gas stench. Thank goodness one window opened to let some fresh air in. The service was nice and friendly but not always efficient at check-in and out. The hotel's location was perfect, still in the hustle and bustle of the city, but very close proximity to a selection of nice restaurants and bars. The dining options were reasonably priced for the central area, starting late which was inconvenient for early flights.
The hotel offers exceptional rooms that exceed the usual three-star standards, making it one of the nicest places I've stayed. The location is excellent, situated close to the city center in a tranquil area. Staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. Although the dining experience had its shortcomings, the overall stay was delightful.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were modern and accommodating, although they could use some updates and redesign. The service was friendly and helpful, but at times, the staff didn't seem very welcoming. The location was convenient, just outside the city's hustle and bustle, with easy access to attractions. The dining experience was simple but satisfactory. However, the pricing for some services was not the best value for money.
The hotel has tiny windows near the ceiling, and despite being reserved months ahead, the room was initially stone cold but quickly turned into a sauna when adjusting the radiators. The disappointment was the delay in room heating until late afternoon.
