drafty windows
The room felt quite cold upon arrival. I had to ask reception to turn on the radiators, which I thought SHOULD be automatic given the freezing weather. They did little to warm the space. The windows remained drafty. The room was right next to the main door. I could hear every cough and conversation outside.

My room included bright lighting and many plugs. The location was in a very quiet area, yet close to the lively street market. It also had bars, restaurants, and a tram line to the central station. Staff allowed me to use the luggage room before and after I checked out, so that was helpful.
The toilet area lacked a proper door for privacy, a slight inconvenience.

The location was prime. It was a short walk from many attractions and public transportation. Supermarkets were very close, and lots of reasonably priced restaurants were in the area. Though the parking was expensive.

Coffee and tea were always available . The room matched the pictures precisely. There was a very warm welcome and continual friendly help from the Reception staff, who all initiated a hello. I appreciated that.

The staff was very friendly, and checking in was quick. All staff spoke English. They easily answered questions I had. They offered information when asked and always smiled, which I appreciated.
